I raised 4 kids in Kelowna and now 13 grandkids (12 living locally!). I’m a long-term community volunteer, worked as a English language teacher and now am retired with my family physician husband. I served as a school trustee 2011-2014 and know I have more to add.
I am a team-player with a passion to collaborate with fellow trustees, the superintendent, his staff and our partner groups - while holding a strong belief that parents are key to their children's education! My platform is to see students flourishing at every level, budgets be accountable and improved academic scores while also increasing student mental health and preparation for life!

With grandkids in every level of schooling - I have 'vested interest' in the success of our schools! I have experience as a school trustee and have volunteered extensively in the community.
