Jäger Rosenberg is passionate about grassroots politics, mental health, human rights, and environmental sustainability.

Born and raised in the West Vancouver - Sunshine Coast - Sea-to-Sky Country riding, Jäger made history at just 17 years old as the youngest candidate to ever run for public office in Canada during the 2024 B.C. election. Now 18, he continues to bring fresh perspectives and energy to the political landscape.

Jäger is a hard worker. He began working full-time at age 14 and actively volunteers in his community on a range of initiatives - from mental health advocacy to environmental protection. He currently serves as the Diversity Director for the BC Young New Democrats Executive and is a member of the BC NDP Provincial Council. He also contributed to the Gibsons Citizens Assembly on Housing, helping to address key local housing challenges, alongside several other volunteer contributions. Jäger is a vocal proponent of electoral reform, particularly lowering the voting age.

Jäger is a natural leader and a strong collaborator, believing in open dialogue and working together to find solutions. Through close work with local leaders and organizations, he has gained firsthand experience in addressing critical challenges such as affordable housing and sustainable development.

As your NDP candidate for West Vancouver - Sunshine Coast - Sea-to-Sky Country, Jäger has the drive, energy, leadership, and tenacity to serve all members of his community, championing the changes that matter most and advocating for policies that ensure a sustainable and equitable future for all.
