Biography
Born in India and settled in Scarborough-Woburn, he quickly established roots in the community by opening a rehabilitative clinic offering physiotherapy treatments.
Determined to expand his expertise, Muttukuru pursued further education at the National Academy of Osteopathy, earning a diploma in manual osteopathy. Over the past 23 years, his clinic has grown into a thriving full-treatment centre providing osteopathy, chiropractic care, and physiotherapy services.
Understanding the financial barriers many in his community face, Muttukuru has made it a priority to offer free rehabilitation clinics for seniors, youth, and refugees. He has also mentored newcomers, helping them navigate educational and career pathways, and has volunteered his time conducting sports clinics for local organizations.
Through his work, Muttukuru has witnessed firsthand the challenges affecting Scarborough residents, from rising costs of living to concerns over public safety. These experiences have motivated him to seek election as the Member of Parliament for Scarborough-Woburn.
“I am running for MP because I have witnessed the struggles of this community and heard the frustrations of its residents—especially after ten years under the Liberal government. Scarborough-Woburn deserves a strong voice in Parliament to tackle the critical issues affecting our community. Most importantly, they deserve a representative who will finally put Canada First, for a change.”
