Like many Canadians I’ve spent the past ten years struggling to make ends meet under this Liberal government. Watching our hopes get raised and crushed by the broken promises of politicians and the gross partisan politics we see in Ottawa.

Canadians work hard and deserve better than this. Im asking the people of Columbia-Kootenay-Southern-Rockies to embrace real change this spring and vote Green. Since 1983 the Greens have been a progressive party sincere about their intentions and dedicated to doing it right.

I joined the Green party of Canada 12 years ago and continue to find new reasons to love my party. There is no such thing as a perfect party but their respect for democracy, progressive values, transparency and by the book attitude makes us great. Being Green gives me the unique opportunity to be backed by a party and not subject to party whipping. I adhere to our core values and still get to listen to the people of Columbia-Kootenay-Southern-Rockies. Its people before party, Country before self.

Real solutions only happen with cross party collaboration, Politicians and parties who seek absolute power in the house will never serve all people. If elected I will work till my last breath to fix our faulty first past the post system, end the exportation of live horses for slaughter, push our government to better defend our north and promote non lethal aid and peaceful resolutions to global conflicts.
