Riley Balsom served from 2021-2025 as a councillor for the Town of Heart's Content, a member of the Regional Joint Councils and a member of the PC District Association Executive.

I am a former MHA and party leader known for holding government to account. I recently won a court case against Elections NL over the 2021 “Covid Election.” I am now running as an Independent in 2 districts to be a force of change.

Danielle Doyle is a lifelong resident of Carbonear, a Special Education teacher, a two-term Town Councilor, and CBDC board member. She's a dedicated volunteer and community advocate, who will work hard to be a strong voice for the residents of Carbonear-Trinity-Bay de Verde.
