I am a 3rd generation Community Leader ,as were my father and grandfather. I was raised and continue to live on our family farm in Warren. My wife Kim and I with our 4 sons still operate a small enterprise of the family farm.

Neil attained a B.A. (Political science) from the University of Winnipeg in 1980. He served with Canada Border Services Management team for 25 years and also served as a union representative. Neil has served as a Deputy Reeve and has credit union board experience in rural MB.
