Elizabeth Robertson is a dedicated wife and mother of three. She is pursuing a double Master’s in Public Policy, Administration and Law (MPPAL) and Leadership and Community Engagement (MLCE) at York University, and is trained with an Honours Degree in Political Science and additional certifications in Public Policy, Administration and Constitutional Law. She is actively involved in advocacy for autism, Indigenous rights and engaged in political campaigns at all levels of government.

Sven has strong roots here in Mississauga, after he immigrated to the city in 1981 with his family from Germany. As a young man, Sven graduated from Woodlands Secondary School and the University of Toronto (Mississauga). Following his education in Mississauga, Sven earned a doctorate (SJD) from Harvard Law School, an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Master's degree from the Collège d'Europe. He has always been an active member of the community, having served on the Boards of Directors of the United Way of Peel Region and the UTM Alumni Association, and volunteered at The Compass food bank.
