Steve is an accomplished real estate development and acquisitions executive with decades of experience shaping communities across Metro Vancouver.

Steve is an accomplished real estate development and acquisitions executive with decades of experience shaping communities across Metro Vancouver. Throughout his career, he has led the planning, acquisition, and development of multi-residential, mixed-use, industrial, resort, and commercial projects, including master-planned communities that provide homes for more than 30,000 residents and over two million square feet of commercial space.

Currently advising clients on development strategies, Steve brings extensive expertise in architecture, construction management, negotiations, acquisitions, and working collaboratively with local governments. His practical understanding of how great cities are planned and built gives him a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing Vancouver.

Born and raised in New York City, Steve has called Vancouver home for more than twenty years. He is passionate about creating vibrant, attractive, and sustainable communities where people can live, work, and thrive. He believes City Hall should focus on thoughtful planning, responsible growth, efficient decision-making, and delivering the infrastructure and services that support complete neighbourhoods.
