My policies are driven by a simple test: will this make everyday life better as North Vancouver grows? I look at who benefits, who carries the impact, whether infrastructure can support it, what it will cost, and how results will be measured and shared publicly.

Make essential-worker housing a clear City priority, with measurable targets for homes within reach of healthcare workers, educators, first responders and others our community depends on.

Provide clear relocation support and a practical path for eligible tenants to return when replacement rental homes are completed.

My family’s North Vancouver story began more than 30 years ago, when my parents ran a small convenience store near 15th and Lonsdale. They chose this community as the place to build their life, and it became the place that shaped mine.

I grew up on the North Shore. The neighbourhoods, local businesses, waterfront and trails aren’t just places on a map to me. They’re part of what makes North Vancouver feel like home.

I also learned early that decisions made at City Hall eventually land on someone’s kitchen table.

I carried that lesson into a career in finance and strategy, helping organizations navigate complex decisions, exercise fiscal responsibility and turn ideas into action.

Today, I serve as Chair of the City’s Advisory Planning Commission, where I’ve spent the past several years listening, learning and providing thoughtful feedback about how our city grows.

I bring deep North Shore roots, direct planning experience and nearly two decades of experience in strategy, finance and organizational leadership.

Reason for running

I’m running for Council because I believe growth should make everyday life better. This community gave my family a place to build a life, and I’m ready to put my experience to work for the place I call home.

That means homes people can afford, with the infrastructure and services to support them.

It means neighbourhoods where a child can safely walk or bike to school, where seniors can move around comfortably, and where our public spaces feel welcoming to everyone.

And it means a City Hall that brings people in earlier, explains its decisions clearly, follows through on its commitments, and treats public money and public trust with care.

North Vancouver helped shape who I am and the values I carry with me. Now, with the community, I want to help shape its next chapter.
