Joe is a retiree that spent 23 years as a Canadian Forces military member and a further 15 years as a Public Servant.
After his retirement from the military in 2006, Joseph and his family decided on settling in Cole Harbour to begin their post-military life. Adding on previous stays when he was younger, Joe has spent about half of his 60+ years in Dartmouth-Cole Harbour. He has seen many changes.
Joe contributed over 23 years in military service before retiring as the Senior Biomedical Electronics Tech. He spent a further 15 years as a Public Servant in the same field maintaining medical equipment throughout the Atlantic provinces.
Over the years, Joe has volunteered with minor league baseball, the Friends of McNabs Island Society, and Chess Nova Scotia. Nowadays, he is busy catching up on home renovations and spending time with his active grandchildren.
By standing up to run in the 2025 federal election, Joe is fulfilling a personal desire to offer a reasonable and sensible choice in probably the most important election in recent times. In tune with the mission of the Libertarian Party of Canada to reduce the responsibilities and expense of government, Joe will commit to low taxes and less government for the betterment of his constituents and all Canadians.
