Marie-Chantal Leriche has taken on diverse roles throughout her career, including Registered Nurse, Clinical Leader, French News Reporter, Press Photographer, French Redactor… and Representative for three Natural Health Companies. She holds a Certificate in Theology from Acadia University (Montreal Campus), a Diploma in Nursing from Algonquin College, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communications from Ottawa University, an online MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute (Strayer University) in Washington, DC (in pause, to be completed).

Her community engagement has largely revolved around prayer, serving in her Church, evangelism, participating in the March for Life, volunteering with individuals with special needs, outreach to the homeless, assisting the elderly and new immigrants… and mission trips. The unexpected call to enter politics and advocate for Canada caught her off guard, because she felt that nothing in her past, and her studies prepared her for this journey.

However, upon reflection, she considered her past victories, accomplishments, honors she received, as well as the hardships, losses she faced. These challenges, she realized, were blessings that helped her develop resilience and strength in adversity, sensitivity to the needs of people, preparing her for a meaningful future as a servant of the nation and a voice for change.

To respond to her political calling, she has chosen to align with the CHP to promote life-affirming legislation, family values, freedom, fair tax, and 47 other commendable policies. The CHP is Canada’s ONLY PRO-LIFE Federal Political Party, rooted in Biblical principles, advocating for pro-Canada over pro-globalism, pro-woman over pro-feminism, pro-life over pro-abortion and MAID, and pro-freedom over media manipulation, and so on.

Marie-Chantal will be the CHP candidate in Ottawa-Centre, where she has previously resided. Having shared in the struggles of its citizens and understanding their issues and aspirations, she is committed to listening attentively and advocating fiercely for their needs, working to implement the best solutions that the CHP offers.
