Paul has been a resident and community volunteer in Mount Pearl for the past 32 years. He was first elected in 2003 as a member of Mount Pearl City Council where he served for 8 years as both Councillor and Deputy Mayor. He’s been MHA for Mount Pearl - Southlands since 2011.

Paul has given much of his life to community as a volunteer and elected representative. He has a great love for his community & province & a passion for public service. As an Independent Member he’s able to offer a non-partisan perspective, and focus that is constituent based.
