Artificial Intelligence & Data Centres
Based on our limited footprint for industrial land...I don't think Data Centers are the best fit for Penticton.
Business Permitting
We need to improve the process, interactions and relationships with City Hall and end users (particularly the business community).
Economic Growth
I think there is an opportunity to leverage and expand industry in the health sciences field.
Continue to strive to be acknowledged and recognized as Top 10 most entrepreneurial cities in Canada.
Tourism
We need to attract more festival, events and conventions (we lost several high profile events this year).

Biography
submitted by the candidate or their team
Lived in Penticton for 35 years, operate 2 businesses, raised a family here plus volunteered in the community for 33. I served on city council from 2008-2018 (4 years as Mayor). We don’t need a learning curve…we need Experience Leadership for a Safe and Vibrant Penticton.
Reason for running
submitted by the candidate or their team
This past councils first budget was 9.5%, then 5.31, 8.63 and 5.93% last year (+ large increases for all utilities). At the same time, many residents feel less safe, and traffic decisions have created frustration. I think I can help get things back on track.
