Tom Lipp has lived in the Bow River riding for over 20 years. He graduated from York University with both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration and has been certified in Alberta as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). He directs a successful financial planning and accounting business. He has volunteered his time and skills in both non-profit, and community groups. God has blessed Tom with a wonderful wife (Priscilla), ten children, and ten grandchildren.

Tom wants Canada to be the best country in the world. This is very possible with God's blessing. Let's save Canada with a smaller accountable federal government, reduce taxation using the FAIR Tax System, return to Judeo-Christian values, and improve co-operation among provinces with hard work and courage.

Tom has served on community and provincial government boards. He has volunteered in multiple non-profit sectors, but most of his efforts have been devoted to raising and mentoring his family. He wants his children and grandchildren to live with true freedom and opportunity—the way Canada was designed—to be strong and free.
